Pickup & Delivery Policy

At Noon o Namak, all dishes are prepared fresh using traditional methods and in small batches. As a result, preparation times vary significantly between menu items, and we ask customers to carefully review the following policy before placing an order.

Because our food is not pre-made or held in inventory, preparation begins only after an order has been received and confirmed. Certain dishes, such as Ash Reshteh, may require approximately 30 minutes to prepare, while others, including Akbar Joojeh, may require several hours of advance preparation. Customers are responsible for placing orders with sufficient time to accommodate these preparation requirements.

For pickup orders, customers may collect their food once the preparation process has been completed. If a specific pickup time is desired that is later than the minimum preparation time, customers are encouraged to indicate their preferred timing in the order notes at checkout. While we make every effort to accommodate requested times, all pickup times remain subject to operational capacity and confirmation.

Delivery orders are handled through a manual confirmation process rather than automated pricing at checkout. When a delivery order is placed, the order total initially excludes delivery charges. After receiving the order, we assess delivery costs based on factors such as distance, order size, and scheduling constraints. We then contact the customer to confirm the delivery fee and obtain approval before updating the order total. Payment is only completed after the delivery cost has been agreed upon. Orders will not proceed to preparation until this confirmation has been finalized.

Delivery timing is dependent on both preparation requirements and logistical considerations. We work directly with customers to coordinate a reasonable delivery window once all details have been confirmed. While we aim to provide accurate timing estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, preparation complexity, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and remaining available for communication after placing an order. Failure to respond to delivery confirmation requests or failure to be present at the agreed pickup or delivery time may result in delays or cancellation of the order.

Once an order has been prepared, it is expected to be collected or received within a reasonable timeframe. We cannot guarantee food quality if there is a significant delay between preparation and pickup or delivery due to customer unavailability.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept the preparation timelines, delivery process, and responsibilities outlined in this policy.
