Refund Policy
At Noon o Namak, all food is prepared fresh to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds and cancellations are handled under strict conditions.
Once preparation of an order has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. This applies particularly to items that require extended preparation time, as significant resources and ingredients are committed during the cooking process.
If a customer wishes to cancel an order, they must do so before preparation has started. For delivery orders, cancellation may also occur if the customer does not accept the proposed delivery fee during the confirmation process. In such cases, no charges will be applied.
If there is an issue with an order, including incorrect or missing items, the customer must notify us immediately upon pickup or delivery. We will review the situation and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit. All claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We are not responsible for issues arising after the order has been received, including those related to improper storage, delayed consumption, or reheating.
Orders that are not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may not be eligible for refund. Additionally, we cannot guarantee food quality if there is a delay in collection due to customer unavailability.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
