These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Noon o Namak website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Noon o Namak operates as a provider of freshly prepared food made to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, specific conditions apply to all purchases. All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order at our discretion, including in cases where we are unable to fulfill the request or verify order details.

All prices listed on our website are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. For delivery orders, the final order total is not determined at checkout. Instead, delivery fees are calculated after the order is placed and must be approved by the customer before payment is completed.

Payment methods may include eTransfer, payment at pickup, or credit card processing through third-party providers. For delivery orders, payment is only finalized after the delivery fee has been confirmed with the customer.

All food is prepared fresh upon confirmation of the order. Preparation times vary depending on the dish and must be taken into account when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays resulting from insufficient notice or customer scheduling constraints.

Orders may not be canceled once preparation has begun. This is particularly important for items that require extended preparation time. Customers are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed; however, we cannot guarantee that modifications can be accommodated once the preparation process is underway.

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are generally final. Any concerns regarding order quality or accuracy must be reported immediately upon pickup or delivery. We reserve the right to determine appropriate resolutions on a case-by-case basis.

Once an order has been picked up or delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer. Noon o Namak is not liable for issues arising from improper storage, delayed consumption, or reheating of food.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to placing an order. While we take care in food preparation, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is completely free from allergens.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order purchased. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
